Wait anywhere. Come back when it's your turn.

Turnly helps stores manage walk-in queues with a simple QR flow. Customers scan, join the queue on their phone, track their wait live, and return when called.

No app download. Simple for customers. Simple for staff.

Peak-hour queues shouldn't feel like chaos.

Walk-in queues are a daily headache for busy stores. Here's what usually happens:

Customers crowd near the entrance, blocking the flow for everyone.

Staff keep answering the same question — "How long is the wait?"

People have no idea how long they'll actually be waiting.

Some just leave — because waiting feels messy and uncertain.

How it works

Three steps. No app. No confusion.

1

Scan the QR

Customer scans a QR code at the store entrance. It opens right in their phone's browser — nothing to download.

2

Join & track live

They enter their name and join the queue. Position updates in real time — they can see exactly where they are.

3

Come back when called

When it's their turn, the screen updates and they get notified. They walk back in — no standing around.

What changes when you use Turnly

Small shift in how you manage queues. Big difference in how your store feels during busy hours.

Less crowding at the entrance

Customers don't need to stand near the door anymore. They scan, join, and walk away.

Fewer queue questions for staff

No more "How long is the wait?" every two minutes. The queue speaks for itself.

Clearer waiting experience

Customers see their position and estimated wait — no guessing, no anxiety.

Smoother peak-hour flow

Rush hour feels calmer. Staff can focus on serving instead of managing the crowd.

Built for real queue situations

The features that matter when your store actually gets busy.

Live queue tracking

Customers see their position update in real time — no refreshing, no guessing.

Simple staff mode

Staff tap one button to call the next customer. Multiple staff can serve from the same queue without conflicts.

Display mode

Show the queue on a TV or screen in your store. Customers can see their number called without checking their phone.

Anti-double join

Each customer can only join once. No duplicates, no queue abuse — enforced by phone number and device.

Better ETA

Wait time estimates that update automatically based on how fast you're actually serving.

Open on your terms

You decide when the queue opens — not a minute before you're ready. No ghost queues forming before you've even started.

Early signal

The idea already resonated — before launch.

After sharing the concept publicly, the response was immediate. People instantly understood the problem — long, messy queues and wasted waiting time.

What people said

People immediately pictured this at places like Sukiya, BBQ Town, and busy walk-in stores — places where waiting near the entrance is the norm and nobody knows how long the wait really is.

Comments included real-world suggestions like dynamic QR codes, supporting all outlets, and keeping it app-free — signals that the problem is real and people are already thinking about how this should work.

Why Turnly exists

Turnly started from a simple thought: customers shouldn't need to stand in front of a store just to keep their place in line.

I've waited in enough walk-in queues to know the drill — hover near the entrance, keep checking with staff, wonder if you should leave and come back, or just give up.

That wait isn't just a customer problem. It's a store problem too — crowded entrances, staff pulled away from real work, and customers who walk out before they're ever served.

Turnly is my attempt to fix that. A simple queue system that lets people wait on their own terms, and lets stores run smoother during their busiest hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. They just scan the QR code and it opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

How do customers join the queue?

They scan the QR code at your store, enter their name and phone number, and they're in. The whole process takes about 10 seconds.

What stops someone from joining the queue multiple times?

Turnly blocks duplicate joins using the customer's phone number and device. One person, one spot.

Can customers queue before the store opens?

No — and that's by design. Even if someone saves the link, they can't join until you open the queue. You're always in control.

What happens if a customer misses their turn?

Staff can mark them as a no-show and move to the next person. If the customer comes back, they can re-join.

Can multiple staff serve from the same queue?

Yes. Even if several staff tap 'Call Next' at the same time, each one gets a different customer. No mix-ups.

Is Turnly free?

We're currently onboarding early pilot stores — there's a free tier that covers most use cases. We'll share more about pricing as we grow.

How far along is Turnly?

Turnly is a working product — you can create a store, generate a QR code, and start managing your queue today. We're early, actively building, and looking for stores to join the pilot.
